Learn how to use Narrative Life Review for Spiritual Wellbeing (NLR-SW) through this practical, self-paced online workshop. Across Workshops 1 and 2, Christopher Dudfield guides you through the NLR-SW approach and demonstrates how narrative reflection can support meaning, identity, relationships, spiritual wellbeing and legacy at the end of life. The program provides approximately two hours of recorded learning. As an individual participant, you will be invited to pause the videos, take notes, reflect upon key questions and write down phrases you could use in practice. Activities originally designed for group discussion have been adapted for individual reflection and application. Your individual package includes: • Workshop 1 and Workshop 2 video presentations • Approximately two hours of self-paced learning • A comprehensive individual participant workbook • Guided reflection and note-taking activities • Individual practice tools and conversation prompts • A digital PDF copy of Narrative Life Review: Spiritual Wellbeing at the End of Life • A certificate of completion This program is suitable for spiritual care practitioners, chaplains, counsellors, pastoral care practitioners, palliative care professionals and others supporting people through ageing, serious illness, end-of-life care or Voluntary Assisted Dying contexts.
