Life Can Be Tough—But You Don’t Have to Face It Alone

Our waking hours are filled with countless interactions—at work, at home, and in social settings—that can stir up a mix of emotions. Sometimes, these challenges can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or even frustrated with ourselves and others.

Whether you’re facing:

  • Workplace struggles

  • Interpersonal or social challenges

  • Family or relationship issues

  • Low self-esteem or self-doubt

We’re here to help you uncover what truly motivates you, discover the strengths that have carried you through hard times, and view life’s difficulties through a fresh and empowering lens.

Together, we’ll help you gain clarity, resilience, and the tools you need to embrace life with renewed confidence and purpose.

Grief and Loss Counselling

Finding Peace amid Grief and Loss

Grief and loss may never fully leave us, but how we navigate the pain and integrate it into our lives shapes our path forward.

Too often, we believe that grief will fade on its own, only to find ourselves stuck in cycles of hurt and longing. But healing is possible. With time, compassion, and the right support, the pain can soften, making room for acceptance and peace.

We provide a safe and supportive space to help you move through your grief with understanding and care. Together, we’ll work towards transforming your loss into a place of quiet strength and resilience, empowering you to embrace life with renewed hope and balance.

Pastoral Counselling

Holistic Support for Your Mind, Heart, and Spirit

We offer compassionate spiritual support through Pastoral Counselling, a unique approach that honours the connection between your emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

Pastoral counselling is especially meaningful for those navigating questions of faith, ethics, or right and wrong, providing guidance that resonates deeply with your personal beliefs and values.

Using tools of attentiveness, compassion, wisdom, and profound respect for your spiritual or religious traditions, we create a safe and understanding space for you to explore life’s challenges through a lens that aligns with your faith or spirituality.

If your spirituality or religious identity plays a vital role in your life, pastoral counselling can help you find clarity, inner peace, and renewed strength to move forward with confidence.

Clinical Supervision

As an accredited Supervisor with the College of Supervisors for the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I bring over two decades of experience in pastoral counseling, clinical supervision, and spiritual care.

My supervision practice is deeply rooted in Critical Reflective Practice, drawing particularly on the work of Donald Schön and Thompson’s reflective model. I support supervisees to engage in reflection in action, on action, and for action—helping them to become more aware of their decision-making processes, ethical frameworks, and the emotional dynamics within their work.

Through a holistic, reflective approach, I create a safe and collaborative environment where counselors, spiritual care practitioners, and students can explore complex clinical encounters and personal responses. My goal is to nurture both professional competence and personal integrity, enabling practitioners to build resilience, deepen ethical awareness, and stay grounded in purpose.

With particular expertise in healthcare, emergency services, and end-of-life care, I offer tailored supervision that promotes lifelong learning and adaptive practice. Whether you're seeking supervision for professional development, accreditation, or personal insight, I am committed to walking alongside you as you grow in confidence and capability.
